Program Duration & Commitment
All coaching programs require a commitment of 12 to 24 weeks. By enrolling, you agree to complete the selected duration of the program. Early termination does not qualify for a refund or partial credit.

Delivery Timeframe
Once your subscription is confirmed, you will receive your personalized program within 48-72 hours. This includes:

• A customized workout program tailored to your fitness level, goals, and available equipment.

• An individualized nutrition plan designed to meet your dietary preferences, caloric needs, and lifestyle.

• Unlimited direct messaging support for guidance, adjustments, and motivation throughout your program.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any plans purchased. If you experience any issues with your program, please reach out for support, and necessary adjustments will be made to ensure you stay on track.
